We won’t know if you are trying to tell us we need to renew the warranty on our car or our house needs a new roof vs you would like to book an appointment unless you leave a message! Thank you!

• We do have a Cancellation and “No-Show” Fee.

We ask that you call at least 4 hours ahead if you must cancel your appointment. (We do understand if you are unable due to certain circumstances.) Otherwise, there will be a $55 fee.

If you have an appointment but are not here within 30 minutes at your designated time, there will be a $55 fee also.
